To ensure there are as few issues as possible with your experience with VPC, we would advise all customers to thoroughly read and understand the following section. Here we will outline the rules of interactions between you and VPC as a buyer and seller. All of these rules are set by the laws and legislation of Belarus and are binding for both sellers and buyers.

CHAPTER 3 PROTECTION OF CONSUMER GOODS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HIM
 
Article 20. Consumer rights in the case of the goods of inadequate quality to it
 
Article 20. The rights of the consumer in the event of the sale of goods of inadequate quality
 
1. A consumer who is sold goods of inadequate quality, or with shortcomings that were not specified by the seller, may at his discretion demand:
1.1. Replacement of poor quality goods with good quality goods;
1.2. Commensurate reduction of the purchase price of the goods;
1.3. Immediate free of charge elimination of defects in the goods;
1.4. Reimbursement of expenses for elimination of shortcomings of the goods.
2. The consumer has the right to demand the replacement of a technically complex product or an expensive commodity in the event of the discovery of its essential shortcomings. The list of such technically complex goods is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
3. Instead of presenting the requirements specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this article, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract of retail sale and demand the return of the sum paid for the goods.
A significant defect in the goods is an irremovable drawback or a defect that can not be eliminated without disproportionate expenses (in the amount of thirty or more percent of the value of the goods) or disproportionate expenditure of time (exceeding the maximum allowable time expenditure) or is detected repeatedly or manifests itself again after it Elimination, or other similar disadvantages.
 
Article 22. Gratuitous elimination of defects of the goods by the seller
 
1. Deficiencies found in the goods must be eliminated by the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative, repair organization) free of charge and immediately. In the event that it is not immediately possible to eliminate the deficiencies, the maximum period for their elimination can not exceed fourteen days from the day the consumer claims the elimination of defects in the goods.
Article 23. Replacement of goods of inadequate quality
 
1. In the event that the consumer discovers defects in the goods and demands for replacement of such goods, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) is obliged to replace such goods immediately, and if necessary, by checking the quality of such goods by the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) - replace it within Fourteen days from the date of the request.
 
Article 28. The right of the consumer to exchange and return goods of appropriate quality
 
1. The consumer shall be entitled to return within fourteen days from the moment of the transfer of the non-food product to him if the longer period is not declared by the seller, at the place of purchase or other places declared by the seller, to return the good quality goods or exchange it for a similar product of other size, shape, Style, coloring or bundling, making the necessary recalculation with the seller in case of a price difference.
2. The consumer's requirement to exchange or return the goods is subject to satisfaction, if the goods were not in use, its consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of its acquisition from this seller.
3. The list of non-food goods of appropriate quality that can not be exchanged and returned is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
